WAL-MART COUPON POLICY

One of the most important things about using coupons is knowing the policy at the individual store where you are wishing to use your coupon. I'll explain each of the policies and hopefully will have them in a side listing for you to reference easily. I would also suggest that you print out the policy and keep it in your coupon organizer. Unfortunately grocery stores have a tendency to have a regular turn over in cashiers. Sometimes you run into a pleasant cashier who isn't completely familiar with the store's policy. If you have the policy with you it makes a discrepancy go much easier and the cashier realizes you aren't trying to pull one over on them and are only requesting what the policy authorizes you to do. TRUST ME THIS REALLY WORKS!

Wal-Mart accepts the following types of coupons:

1. Manufacturer coupons
2. Free merchandise coupons
3. Store coupons
4. Pharmacy coupons
5. Internet coupons (printables)
6. Soft Drink Container Caps (Wow on this one as not many stores do)

Now here are the Rules...

1. Wal-Mart will only accept coupons for the merchandise they sell and only at the time of purchase.
2. Coupons must have an expiration date and be presented during the coupon valid time. Wal-Mart DOES NOT ACCEPT EXPIRED COUPONS.
3. Internet coupons must be legible and say "Manufacturer Coupon". There should be a valid remit to address for the manufacturer and a scannable bar code.
4. Only 1 coupon per item is permitted.
5. Use of 40 or more coupons per transaction will require approval by the Customer Service Manager.

Pretty Simple!
