Because the information at the store says limit "100" per household and you never ever see that.

Most of the stores sell the product for $3.50 to $5.00. There was a coupon out there earlier in the month for $.50/1. So if your store is selling it for $3.50, then you get it for $3.00 and will get $4.00 Extra Care Bucks.
