Meijer's Sale

This next week at Meijer is all about Meijer's Brand products. However I am seeing some really good deals:

1) Motts Applesauce - Purchase 5 get $5 off instantly. On sale 3/$5.00. which makes them $1.66/ea. So here's the scenario:

$8.30 - 5 Motts Applesauce = $1.66/ea.
($5.00) - Register Rebate
$3.30 Total Cost = $.66/ea.
This is a definite buy!

Now, this will be a stock up item for me. I will literally purchase 5, pay for them, take them to the car, go back in and purchase 5 more. These last a while and they are 6 packs which makes each cup $.11 which goes great with those $2.00 or less lunches.

Another deal I see at Meijers is their 7-Up, Diet 7-Up, Diet Sunkist or Diet A&W Rootbeer. It's on sale for 3/$12 and the same $5.00 instant Rebate applies. However, here's how to sweeten the pot. Go to Meijer.com and click on the Meijer Mealbox. There is a coupon for $1/3. So this scenario goes like this:

$20.00 - 4 Pks of 7-Up, Diet 7-Up, Diet Sunkist & or Diet A&W Rootbeer = $4/ea.
($5.00) - Meijer Register Rebate
($1.00) - Meijer Mealbox Coupon
$14.00 - Final Cost = $2.80/ea.

Snapple Tea - $4.99/ea. Same $5.00 Register Rewards applies toward purchase of 5. Scenario:

$24.95 - 5 6-Packs of Snapple Peach or Diet Peach Tea

Hormel Natural Choice Lunchmeat or Bacon - 20% off. No prices are showing, but there were coupons in last week's paper for either $.50/1 or $1/1. To sweeten the deal, buy 2 and you get one Brownberry Bread free.

Starkist Pouches are also marked as 20% off with no prices listed. However, there were $.50/1 coupons out in the past two weeks which should make the product nearly free.

Keep in mind it is Meijer's brand week so there will be less sales on name brands. However $.99/Meijer Brand Eggs works for me.
