Hunts Tomatoes $.31 @ Krogers = Stock up Item!

Here's a stock up item for you from Krogers for this next week (at least in my area). Hunts 12-14.5 oz Tomatoes or Paste are on sale for $1.08/ea. with a Buy 10 Get $5 off instantly at the register. There is a coupon in the Smart Source this weekend for $.45/3. Here's the match

$10.80 - 10 cans tomatoes or paste

($2.70) - (3) $.45/3 coupons (doubled at Krogers)
$3.10 = $.31/can

There is a coupon out there for $1/4 but it's not as good a deal as you end up having to purchase 20 and the end cost is $.33/can. Only $.02/can difference I know but $.02 is $.02 and you need to consider all of the pennies when you are cutting cost and stocking up and reducing your monthly spending. Remember, your goal for the next 3 months is to cut your grocery bill by 25%. Obviously, the choice is yours.

This is definitely a very good price for this size can and definitely an item I would consider a stock up item. So if you can get your hands on more coupons, it's worth it to stock up. Be sure sure and check the expiration dates and get the latest date you can find.
