Financial Advice For Women

You see us coupon bloggers talk a lot about saving money using coupons and several of us talk about how we are working towards being debt free or paying off bills, etc.

If your like me, finances were not something you really spent a lot of time thinking about when you were in college or even starting your families, yet understanding the ins and outs of the financial world is one of the most important thing you need to know.  It's only been recently that people have really started taking a hard look at their finances and trying to make changes in their lives to protect their families, their savings and their financial futures.

There is a lot of information out there and the terminology can be frustrating to say the least.  But there's a site out there aimed at giving financial information of all sorts for just us gals.  Daily Worth is a free site where you can register to get a free e-mail every day with financial tidbits.

Some subjects covered in their e-mails included:

1)  How to use a home buying calculator to determine how much house you can truly afford to buy;

2)  Surrounding yourself with positive people during stressful economic times;

3)  Explaining capital tax in basic understandable language.

With more and more women handling the finances in families these days, it's in our best interest to dig in and learn the facts.  This is a site I feel passionate about.  You're never too old to learn and the information you learn from this site, in a simple daily e-mail, will help you tackle financial challenges head on and it's great information to teach to your kids or grand kids.
