Jennie O' $5 Rebate

Jennie O' Turkey is launching a new site called Wellness Daily.  You can go here and register or you can log in using your Facebook log in information.  There is a little questionnaire to fill out.  Once you complete your registration, log out and then back in and click on the coupons section in the bottom right corner.  You can apply for the $5 Rebate.  It's extremely simple.  You will enter your name, address, etc. and then click a button to generate the form you print right from your computer.  That's it.  Mail in the form, the register receipt and the UPC code to get your rebate.  Rebate ends in May so print it now.  One Rebate per address.
