Couple of points to make here:
1) There is a spend $25 get $5 Register Reward in the mid-week flyer.

2) Don't forget the full week ad is still in place so you can combine some of those deals in with these to meet the $25 and get some pretty good register rewards back.

Here's a scenario:

Triaminic 14 ct. Thin Strips - 2/$10 - (2) $3/1 MFC from 12/6/09 Smart Source - F.C. = 2/$4
Renu Multi Purpose Twin Pack - $9.99 - $2 Printable - F.C. = $7.99
Just For Men Touch of Grey Hair Color - $6.99 - $2 Printable - F.C. = $4.99
Neutrogena Men's Skin Care - $4.99 - $2 MFC (All You Mag) - F.C. = $2.99
Hershey's Holiday Candy - 2/$5 - $1/2 MFC - F.C. = $4
Stay Free Maxi Pads - $1.99 - $1 Printable = .99
1 Holiday Pencil - $.08
Now you have spent $25.04 OOP
You get back:
$5 Register Rewards for spending $25
$5 Register Rewards for Triaminic
$9.99 Register Rewards for Renu
$6.99 Register Rewards for Just For Men Hair Color
$4.99 Register Rewards for Neutrogena Men's Skin Care
$1 Register Reward For Hershey's Candy
$1.99 Register Reward for Stayfree
Total Out Of Pocket $25.04
Total Register Rewards Earned $34.96

Now take all of your items out to the car and come back with all of your register rewards and do it again. Example. You can take part of those register rewards and purchase the Renu, Just For Men and Neutrogen again and get the Register Rewards for those items again.

Personally I try to go back and use my register rewards on items I don't normally get coupons for or for higher costing items. Remember when I posted a week ago about doing the CVS survey and getting the $10 Extra CareBucks. I used it on a 16 Pack double roll of tissue paper that was on sale for $9.99. I would roll some of these Register Rewards into things like the 3 Hydrogen Peroxide for $1, the Tylenol products, etc. I have several Tylenol Extra Strength coupons so I would purchase as many of those as I had coupons for and use the Register Rewards towards them. Or as it is the holiday season, you could always pick up a couple of Christmas items or cologne, etc. and use the register rewards.

Couple of rules to remember....don't buy things you don't need to get the register rewards. That's wasting your money, unless you have a family member or friend that will use the item and you can get your money back from them.

When you print coupons, always hit the back button 3 times to be able to print the coupon twice. If an item is printing out 1 register reward for 1 item and you want two of them, buy them in two different transactions so you get both register rewards. If you purchase them at the same time the machine will only print one register reward.

In actuality, as the ad doesn't show a limit on the Just For Men, Renu and Netrogena, you can keep turning the register rewards for as many times as your Walgreens will allow you to do so.
