Walgreens Awesome Deals 01/03/2009 - REVISED 1/3/2010

More finds this evening at the Walgreens in Latonia....I'm sure they are at your local Walgreens as well....

I will be doing another walk through tomorrow at a Walgreens in Crescent Springs so I'll update again tomorrow evening.

On page 12 of the Walgreens flyer in the bottom left corner is a $3 off Stayfree Maxi Pads (28 to 48 ct pack). The 28 ct package was $6.19. I used the Buy 1 Get 1 from today's Red Plum (01/03/10) + the $3 off coupon. Math is $6.19 + $6.19 + $.74 (tax) - $6.19 - $3 - $3 (register takes $3 off each one) = $.93 Not a bad deal at all.

Reach Ultra Clean Toothbrush - $3.99 - There is a coupon on page 12 (2nd from left on bottom of page) for $2 off. Use Buy 1 Get 1 from 1/3/09 Red Plum + $2 coupons. Math is $3.99 + $3.99 + $.47 (tax) - $3.99 - $2 - $2 (register automatically takes $2 off each one) = $.46 Note that you will need a filler item. This morning I used a piece of candy from the Christmas clearance isle. I did the same this evening (found the same candy). Paid $.71 for 2 toothbrushes. Pretty sweet deals this week.

Sensodyne Pro-Namel Toothpaste - $4.73
- Use $1/1 MFC from 1/3/10 Red Plum + $2/1 Walgreens coupon (page 13 bottom right). Final Cost = $1.73 - use Register Rewards from another product and make this item free.

Theraflu Sugar-Free Nighttime Severe Cough & Cold 6pk - $3.99
- Use $2/1 Printable (click on coupons on left side bar - it's a bricks so you can print twice) + $2/1 Walgreens Coupon from Diabetes & You Magazine (find by pharmacy). Math = $3.99 + $.23 tax - $2 - $2 = $.24. You will need a filler so check the candy in the Christmas isle as they are going for about $.25 right now.

I decided that rather than starting a new post and retyping everything I have below, I would just keep adding to it as I find additional deals. The updates will be at the bottom.

Here are a couple of awesome deals I see coming at Walgreens Sunday, January 3, 2010.

Revlon Matte Eyeshadow - $4.99
$2/1 Any Color Cosmetic Product (expires 1/17/2010)
$3/1 Walgreens - Any Revlon Matte Collection Cosmetics
Final Cost = FREE

Note: I found several sellers of the time to clip, sort, blah, blah, this coupon on E-Bay. I purchased 10 for the price of $1 + $.99 shipping which means I will get $49.90 worth of eye shadow for $1.99. Here's the link. That's a 97% savings. Woo Hoo. Of course you will have to pay some tax but it will still be a 95% or better savings.

Finish is on sale for $3.49. Remember the $2.50/1 coupon I told you about that is coming out this weekend. You will get a $1 register reward so this is a really sweet deal for those of you that use this product. Of course I do dishes by hand. This will be a great stock up item. Roll those register rewards.

Special K - Select Cereal - 2/$5 + $2 Register Rewards
Remember the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Coupons I posted about a couple of weeks ago. Here's the link if you missed it back then. So you buy 2 for $5 and use the B1G1Free coupon ($5-$2.50=$2.50) plus you get a $2 Register Reward. You should be able to print two coupons (I gave mine to a co-worker) so you could do the deal twice but use the $2 register reward on the 2nd transaction. So you will get 4 Special K cereals for $3. Feel the love!!!

Clorox Disinfecting Wipes - 2/$5
There are two types of coupons that I found on E-Bay that could work here. There is a $1.50 off any disinfecting product when you buy 1 Clorox disinfecting wipes. There are also $1/2 off any two disinfecting wipes products. So you would purchase 3 for $7.50 and use the $1/2 plus the $1.50/1 coupon = 3/$5 or $1.66.ea. Or you could just use the $1.50 when you buy wipes and get 2/$5 - $1.50 = $3.50 or $1.75/ea. Neither deal is stellar, but if you are purchasing other items that have Register Rewards, you could apply those rewards to this deal and reduce the cost.
